In addition to managing the agenda of the AFO’s president, Brian is also responsible for liaising with the offices of elected officials. He also prepares political files and provides guidance for the organization’s position statements.

Her role is to ensure the delivery of programs and services. She is also responsible for consultations with Francophone organizations, as well as monitoring and updating Ontario’s Francophone Community Strategic Plan.

Her role is to ensure the proper management of the organization’s operation. Her tasks also include supporting the executive director in the planning, organization, control and evaluation of the AFO’s activities, with the support of the management team.

Béatrice is responsible for the budgetary and accounting management of the organization.

As a Communication and Public Relations Officer, he plays an essential role in promoting and disseminating our actions. He supports communication strategies, crafting impactful documents such as press releases and speeches. Through targeted social media strategies, he maintains a dynamic online presence. By conceptualizing promotional tools and actively monitoring the media landscape, he provides support to AFO events.

Her role is to take care of the AFO’s sponsorships, partnerships, advertising and branding with the community and decision-makers.

His role is to organize and coordinate all the AFO’s recurring and one-time events. 

Her role is to support the Accounting Department in bookkeeping, monthly and financial year closing operations, creating the budget report, and conducting the audit. Khadidiatou also supports the Operations Department in various projects.

Her role is to coordinate the Board of Directors and working committees, and to manage the agenda of the Executive Director.

His role is to strengthen the organizational capacities of organizations in order for them to achieve their mission.

Luc supports members with regard to funding requests (orientation and review of applications), prepares the AFO’s grant applications, ensures follow-up until the contribution agreement phase and helps to develop funding strategies.
